Dr. Julie V. Tsirambidis, DNP, APRN-CNP

Dr. Julie Tsirambidis is a managing partner for Igia and currently serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Tsirambidis is a board certified dual family and pediatric nurse practitioner. She has 29 years of experience in health care, including five years as a cardiothoracic surgery intensive care nurse and 24 years as nurse practitioner in internal medicine, family medicine, and pediatric primary care as well as hospitalist medicine. For the past 15 years, she has served in formal system leadership positions. In those roles, she was responsible for the operational, clinical, and administrative oversight of advanced practice medical staff providers. Julie graduated from Kent State University with her BSN and Case Western Reserve University with her Master’s in dual concentrations. She completed her Doctorate in 2018 from Kent. Dr. Tsirambidis carries numerous leadership recognitions and has authored several articles. Credits to her resume include giving a TedX talk for women at the University of Akron, receiving Ohio’s advocacy award for the APRN state professional organization, and was previously named Ohio’s Nurse Practitioner of the year. She is active in her faith and cultural life, and enjoys supporting organizations whose values and mission align with hers. In 2014, she was given the distinction for The Greek American Foundation’s “40 Under 40” award and received national recognition for outstanding contributions to her community in her chosen profession. Born and raised in Akron (Green), Dr. Tsirambidis currently resides in Broadview Heights with her husband Tim, also a local business owner, and their four children, Haralambos, Marina, Dionysi, & Anna. Julie enjoys reading, exercising, and  spending summers in Greece with her family, where they maintain their ancestral home.
