Your journey begins with a one-time comprehensive telehealth consultation ($150) with one of our experienced medical providers. During this visit, we assess your biometrics, health history, labs if needed, your goals, and eligibility to determine the most appropriate treatment plan tailored to you.
If you are a candidate, medications are prescribed and your starting first month dosing is included with your consultation.

Our program is then built on a concierge care experience, giving you consistent, high-touch medical support throughout your journey.

A hormone and weight management consultation will be done by our medical team and a thorough evaluation of your medical history will be done. This is a telehealth visit. If you are a candidate, then you will be scheduled with a clinical pharmacist who will obtain lab work and determine the best treatment recommendations for you. This onboarding fee will be charged at a rate of $350 (includes all the labwork and necessary visits to determine a plan).

Once a plan is determined and you agree to proceed you will be enrolled in our hormone optimization program at a monthly fee of $199 a month which includes medications, ongoing follow ups every 3 months via our telehealth or in person model at IGIA. Consultations with our pharmacist partners will occur as needed and are included with your membership.
Additional supplements are recommended from time to time and can be fulfilled through FullScripts and pricing is not included in your monthly membership.

How often are follow-up visits required?
For our FDA approved weight loss program and our hormone optimization programs, a telehealth or inperson visit is required every 3 months.
Monthly refills will be submitted for and can be done through our MyWellness email portal or by calling the spa. Check ins may be made anytime with our NPs. These visits include weight check-ins, side effect monitoring, and dietary and lifestyle counseling.
How do prescription refills work?
Please allow 3–5 business days for prescription processing and refills. Patients are encouraged to plan ahead to avoid interruptions in treatment.

Patients transitioning from compounded medications may need to restart at the lowest FDA-approved dose for safety and proper titration.
Will I be trained on how to use injections?
Yes. Injection training is provided during your consultation. Additional resources are available through manufacturer websites if needed.
Is lifestyle support included?
Yes. Lifestyle counseling is a key part of the program, including guidance on nutrition, hydration, physical activity, and sleep to support long-term success.
